Violet has the best customer service, rental process was fast and easy!
Please please please do yourself a favor and take pictures of the vehicle before and after you rent from this location! They will not do any walk around with you (before or after) but will send a bill for “damage” after drop off. I did not get stuck with a cleaning fee luckily even though they gave me a dirty vehicle. Go to a different location or better yet don’t use Avis at all, I know I won’t be.
Absolutely horrible experience especially if you’re “underage” under 25. My husband and I are 21 and 22 years old and were treated like children. We paid in full for a vehicle here and when I went to pick up I had to have a credit card to do a $300 deposit since I was “underage” is what he kept saying. I was planning on doing debit because my husband and I do not own credit cards for the deposit.
