Love this location. However, we were told that all cars get cleaned and not to worry about extra charges and then they charged a $260 cleaning fee. We knew the car needed to be cleaned and would have done it ourselves if we knew they were going to charge that much extra. We figured maybe $100 tops but no....$260. We always use this location. This was not cool though.
One of the best customer experiences I’ve had. Very straightforward process.
They didnt have the car i reserved but gave me a free upgrade to accommodate my needs
