They didnt have the car i reserved but gave me a free upgrade to accommodate my needs
We hired a car for two weeks from the Avis at Phoenix Sky Harbour - realised that it started vibrating over 70mph so took it into Superstition Spring. Fantastic service from Jill and her colleague who checked the car, pointed out the balding tyres and quickly sorted us out with a new and upgraded car. Customer service was amazing and the team were very apologetic about the original car - big thanks to Jill the tyre lady.
Denied my husband a rental car due to his credit.... I find this to be bs. What does credit have to do with driving???? Especially if we have the funds to pay! Horrible and thanks for trapping us here.
