Hi, just left the Leesburg Avis location, terrible customer service. I needed to swap a vehicle out due to maintenance light on, the customer service at this location really needs change or training. Absolutely no help at all. I was told to go to MCO Avis, asked if they could reach out to another location, was told it is best to do that myself. I am really disappointed with the the process that Avis has in place for situations as this.
Takes debit cards. All I got. But went down quickly.
Late on a Friday, heading out in a road trip with family and 2 dogs. SUV breaks down. Only car is town, a mini van. We were upset. But David made us feel welcome, comfortable and helped us get back on the road. We had ALOT to unload and reload at closing. The staff was super helpful, even extended our rental. Thank you David! We would highly recommend them!
Rented at Pittsburg, car reared of cigarette smoke, exchanged it later as we could clean it or air it out. No response from customer service, contacted 4 times over q month now. Rent from someone else!!!!!!!!!!
