You book a car useing the website it gets confirmed the next day they call and say theybdo not have any cars. Do not use this comany
I arrived at 11 o’clock to pick up a car that I had reserved. The store was closed after making multiple calls. Someone did finally show up and then informed me that they in fact, do not have a car even though I made a reservation and paid for it online. Very poor customer service

Great customer service at this location. Had a problem vehicle, returned it and were on our way in a new car in a matter of minutes .
