Avis couldn’t find me a receipt because someone misspelled my name. The gentlemen at the counter did not stop searching until he finally found it. He was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond.
Wish I could give it a zero. Owner was not there, had his son running the shop. The kid wants to spend more time on his phone that customer service. Walked in with a reservation I made more than a week ago only to be told we don't have a truck, you can take an SUV. That's a problem because thats not what I need. Oh well, we're not responsible for what they show online and proceeds to sit back down on his phone. I tell him to just cancel the reservation, he says call the 800 number or cancel online. What?!
