Didn't have the van we reserved months ago and called about a week before pickup. There was another couple dealing with the same issue at the same time. The guy working was nice, not his fault. Avis customer service was not helpful. Telling us they could find us what we reserved but the rate would be higher. Bait and switch to the fullest. DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS!
I love these guys, we won't rent from anyone else!
