Very friendly staff. Got in and out quickly.
Had a confirmed reservation a week ago and got a call about 1 hour before pickup saying they didn’t have a car. The staff member was rude on the phone like it is not his business and offered no alternatives. Last-minute notice like this is unacceptable and left me scrambling. End up paying triple with another rental company due to the last minute reservation. There is 0 chance for me to rent from this location or Avis again. I would give a 0 start if I could
I had no issues. Will use their services again for sure.
