zero issues, rental was seamless, and fast. Didn’t have the car rented but the replacement was just fine

Horrible customer service by Journey & Alex(manager) I had a reservation for 9am I show up at 9:45 am. Car wasn’t ready, it was being “washed”. Right from the start the start she had an attitude, I should’ve known by the way she was speaking to the customer on the phone( the car he rented broke down and they where asking him to uber to the Covina location, from Ontario) anyways the car wasn’t washed it was filthy from the outside, it was never washed.
