Had a great experience at this location. Karina made the entire process seamless!
Worst rental location ever. Despite having confirmed reservation, the rental location shows closed, and asked to pick from another location, without any consideration to traveler’s convenience. Please beware, do not rent from this location (Budget or Avis)
Terrible customer service like to lie to customers the credit checks is unconstitution and they are discriminating against people thousands of people too for year's including the military law enforcement agencies federal government agencies State agencies employees no will call me back about experience including the CEO both locations in Columbus Indiana Also Fort Wayne Indiana on Coliseum Boulevard don't that agencies they deny 90% of their customers exposing because of credit check didn't passed the customers always right
Don't ever rent from Avis Car Rental or Budget Car Rental. When we rented the last car from Budget, the car was filthy inside, trash on the floor and as soon as we turned the car on, a message came on that all the tires were low. Next my son made arrangements with them over the weekend at the store in Walmart in Columbus, Indiana. The person did not show up so my son could pick up the car; he called the national line and was told there was nothing they could do; and now when he files a formal complaint, they want to charge h... read more
Terrible location! Went to pickup my car and nobody was there. Walmart employees said it’s been like that for week. Customer service said they should be open but nobody. Just a hand written note saying they’d be back. But apparently it’s been that way for weeks also.
