My new go to spot for rentals!!! They get you in and out and prices are good.
I went to go to Avis in Burlington to pick up a car i reserved. The Staff name Mike was rude & ignorant. I don't believe that was his name, but anyway don't rent from AVIS car rental in Burlington!!
Lacy/Lacey helped me prepare for my upcoming rental where the flight arrives later than the operating hours. Her customer service was very helpful.
Mike fixed our issues we had from another avis in a few minutes as the other office he took two hours and make us pay extra for tolls....Mike we thank you for how professional you been even we walked with attitude we left with a big smile ...
