Have reservations for 12pm. Show up at 12pm as per reservation. Building is closed and no one answering phone. Stuck waiting out in the cold for 40 minutes on hold with Avis customer service only to be sent to a different Avis needing to pay for an additional Uber all the way to Cherry Hill with no reimbursment for Uber to a different Avis. Why allow booking for a time that youre closed?
