Team was great and helped me when the internet reservation was funky. Great turnaround, clean cars, and was my second time renting with them. Will be back!
**UPDATE - WARNING*** Budget/Avis is trying to charge me $353 for towing/roadside assistance for an accident that wasn't my fault, as seen on police report. I paid $20/day extra for full coverage insurance from the get go and roadside never mentioned it on the phone, nor is it in the rental agreement. So, I have used this company in the past to rent vehicles from various locations around Michigan, and have always been completely satisfied with every experience. Solid workers here. What a turn around at this location. Friendly staff and made the process easy to deal with. Rentals were well maintained and clean.
