I always rent from Avis Car Rental for work, and this location has been consistently excellent. They always have a great selection of newer vehicles, and everything is ready to go when I arrive, which makes the whole process quick and easy. I had a really great experience with Avis. I needed a car on short notice and was honestly a little stressed about finding something quickly, but Omar made the whole process so easy. He was very helpful, professional, and cared about making sure I was taken care of. He got me into a car quickly, and the vehicle was super clean and ready to go. We were in a very sticky situation and in a hurry to get me to my campus in time to beat a major snowstorm after a flight cancellation. Abe went above and beyond to make sure I got back to university on time, thank you Abe!
This is our second time renting with avis a new owners took over. When we picked up yesterday they were very friendly at the counter and gave us a great deal on a rental per day. Way better experience then last time we rented with them.
