The customer service here is outstanding. The new management Omar and nick are professional, friendly, and always make sure everything runs smoothly. The cars are consistently clean and reliable, which makes the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to find a rental place that feels this dependable and welcoming. Rented here 3x and it's been a wonderful experience for me and my family. The staff has always been friendly and had me in and out quickly. Return process was easy as well. They know the cars that they are renting out and the damage that has been previously marked. Will definitely be going back for all my rental car needs. Thank you for your wonderful service!
After initially being called and told that my 12 passenger van might not be available, Najd offered to give me 2 vehicles that would accommodate 12 passengers. I told him that wasn't the most ideal option for our group and he vowed to do everything he could to get our 12 passenger van here. True to his word, we were able to ALL travel together in 1 vehicle and he did everything right to gain our business again in the future.
