If I could give this location a -10 I would the manager Miss Gracie is very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They lost my drivers license during the process of trying to get me a rental and I didn’t even get the rental. The manager needs training this location is an independent operator location so she feels that she can do whatever she wants to do and treat people with the utmost disrespect. Go to enterprise don’t waste your time at this location or company

Made a reservation on November 10th for a car rental for November 28th. I get there at 10am and they tell me that there are no cars available. Ok cool. They then redirect me to the airport where there are also no cars available. What’s the point of being a car rental company when you have no cars to rent?! Waste of time. Do better

I would like to commend the Avis representative Laura gray for their exceptional kindness and sense of responsibility. From the moment I arrived, she was courteous, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made the rental process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was clear. It's rare to encounter such professionalism combined with a warm attitude. Thank you for providing such excellent service—your dedication truly made a difference! I demand she needs to be promoted

I called to ask a question and the lady stopped me and said let me stop you right there we dont have any reservations and hung up the phone lol I wasnt even done talking. I called back and they didnt answer.
