I called to ask a question and the lady stopped me and said let me stop you right there we dont have any reservations and hung up the phone lol I wasnt even done talking. I called back and they didnt answer.
I’m reading the comments about Grace, and my experience was completely different. I booked a reservation for a vehicle to drive through Uber, but when I arrived there was no one there to assist me and the gentlemen behind the counter said that he was there for about 20mins alone and could not help me as they had no cars available, and he had no way into the system. Rented a car from this location and the customer service was excellent! I was greeted immediately and walked through the paperwork. Very good experience and will return when I need another rental!
