DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS. It's in their business strategy to scam customers with bogus cleaning fees. Its going to be a coin flip whether or not you get a $450 charge out of the blue! Good luck getting it back!

Mr. Goodman and his staff are not only friendly but efficient with the renting process and troubleshooting issues with reservations. The customer service is STELLAR!
My husband reserved a standard car for vaycay, walked from his work to the rental office and they told him they didn't have a car available. Day of, no call, no offer to take him to another location to get one, nothing. So now we have no rental for a vacation that starts tomorrow!!! Never reserving with them again.
