This is the worst experience I've ever had with a rental car company. First off, they would not allow me to rent the car from Riverton and drop off in Casper. Instead, I had to fly into Riverton (Flight was diverted from Casper), rent the car from AVIS in Riverton, drive to Casper, rent a car from AVIS in Casper, then return the car to the Riverton AVIS while my girlfriend drove the other car from Casper.
