They are always very courteous and eager to help. They be small but they offer service that is better than almost the Avis locations I have used around the world. Really I am not kidding! Islanders are so friendly
I rented a vehicle from Avis andafter I drove it to the hotel I immediately noticed a low tire pressure warning light. This is a serious safety issue — driving on underinflated tires can be dangerous, especially on highways. I had to take time out of my trip to go to a tire shop to fix what was clearly a maintenance issue that should have been caught before renting the car out. Air Canada totally screwed up this day - we arrived in Charlottetown 9+ hours late, which was past Avis closing time. Nevertheless, when we got to airport, an agent was still there waiting for us. Keys in my hand and on our way in less than 5 minutes. Extraordinary service and car was really good. Recommended!
