This place is a rip off. I wouldn’t recommend renting a vehicle from here. I Usually go to enterprise never had any issues at all but they didn’t have a big vehicle for my trip so I went with Avis, and there was a tire leak and now charging us $600 apparently for unrepairable tire puncture. They didn’t give any notice of how to pay, didn’t send any invoices, proof of tire repair, no calls nothing other than a letter in the mail, saying they’re sending us to collections, so unprofessional and unfair. They have good cars, and affordable rental. They refuse to rent me a car because I don’t have a credit card.
Renting a car here is a breeze and a pleasant experience. I have been renting cars for many years and every time they keep up the standards. Vishnu is very patient, does the procedure meticulously and knowledgeable. Return process is very easy too with a drop box facility. Cars are well maintained, cleaned spic and span and the paper work is perfect. Rates are competitive too.
