Called the store 3x, no one answers. The call transfers to the 1-800-dead-end, national line. Called the Golden Nugget, and that idiot didn't even know there's a car rental desk at the casino. Went to the store during open hours, and the door's locked. No one there. How can anyone run a business like this?
Nicole has wonderful customer service, and is very helpful in recommending a proper vehicle for individual needs. I highly recommend this location!
It's a piece of crap, don't rent here!!!! They will give you any car they want even if it's way smaller with the excuse that they don't have the one you reserved a month ago and they will not tell you until after you paid
Wow. Get a flat tire after 50 miles and they say gfys. Real nice. Real nice.
