Great service, returned the vehicle after hours and Ahmad waited for me and didn’t charge an additional day.
Ahmed was very nice to work with. He made sure I was set with the best most reliable car available. Highly recommend, and I will absolutely be booking with Avis Solon again.

I made a reservation about a week in advance. Got to the office at my scheduled time, and not only was the make/model of car I had reserved not there, but there were no available cars and I was actually the third person in line. Fortunately I had other options, but the other folks in line were counting on their rentals that were not there (and this was actually the second local Avis that one of the gentleman in line had tried). Poor planning by their logistics staff.
