Not helpful when you call. Waiting for a receipt so I can submit for reimbursements and no one will give me a straight answer on when this receipt will come in.
Bad customer service. No one answers the calls.
Nobody answers the phone, responds to voicemail and won’t send copies of invoices. Ran a pre-authorization on a dodgy card machine that clearly went through but said it declined (although the authorization was approved on my end) and required me to use a different card for payment. Pretty bad when you have to read bad reviews to get an email address. Sketchy business, do not recommend.
No one at the airport when we arrived last night. No car, had to take a cab into the city. Called 800 number in the morning, want to charge us an extra $250 to pick up the car in town. Poor service, would not recommend.
