Terrible service. Rented a car that hadn’t been cleaned, got on the highway and the car started shaking. Had to return for another car which also hadn’t been cleaned. We were delayed for our flight. Not even offered an upgrade for the inconvenience. Office was also unclean with papers strewn all over. Ugh. Will make the trip to Hyannis in the future.

The team at Avis in Sandwich is amazing - the best customer service I've received in a while! I had been given an electric vehicle when I drove from New Jersey as that's all that was in stock at the pickup location: I wanted to explore my options for swapping it for another car before making the trek back from Massachusetts, to avoid having to stop and charge halfway. I’ve used the sandwich Avis rental facility a few times. Recently I made a last minute reservation here , and although they didn’t have my vehicle available they gave me a very good comparable car that I was happy with. Service was friendly , professional and quick. Highly recommend!

Rented a car with them and 30 minutes before the rental was supposed to be picked up they canceled it on me, messing up all of my plans.

We rented a Mercedes from Boston and it had a faulty engine light (needing an oil top off) as we drove past the area. The staff at this location went above and beyond, and checked out our car’s service record in the system - we were able to determine it was a computer glitch and went on our way. Amazing staff/team, great service. Thanks so much!
