I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Worst experience I've ever had with a rental car company. First off, I wanted a van and reserved a van months ahead of time, but when I arrived they didn't have a van and gave me an SUV instead that was barely big enough for my family. The SUV ended up having a slow leaking tire and one break light was out. I called Avis numerous times right away to let them know they gave me a bad car and ask what to do since it was unsafe to drive. Horrible customer service, wouldn't help me. Fin... read more
