Very disappointing experience with this Avis location. We rented a vehicle here and when we picked it up, the employee simply handed us the keys and did not come outside to inspect the car with us. There was no walk-around inspection or confirmation that the vehicle was in proper condition. Shortly after leaving the location and entering the highway, we noticed that the fender was loose and literally moving in the wind while driving. Always courteous and efficient. Convenient hours. Good location. Cars always clean. Highly recommend.
Extremely rude and lack of communication. Really not happy at all with this company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to rent.
We rented from here for a girls trip to Arkansas and we were upgraded no charge to a beautiful Chrysler mini van! The process was quick and easy, in and out! This is my go to now for all my car rental needs!
