Brian is a pretty nice person. My rental at airport is totally wrong due to out of stock and I received a small electric car I don’t like. In addition, the hotel does not have charger. I have no way but make a request to change. Brian is very patient and kindly offer the help from the phone and on the spot to solve my issue to exchange the car! Thank you!
Great local option when you're in a bind. They had a car ready and waiting for me last minute on a busy commuter morning, and very very reasonably priced. Called the local office directly and spoke with an actual human being, unlike some other local shops I tried.
