Brian, the manager, is very good guy. He put customer in the priority. Yesterday my credit card had a problem and it was over 5pm that is supposed to close time. He still work with me until my credit card issue solved and I got the car in the same day. Thank Brian Jian Lin from Henkel
Brian was so kind and helpful when I had to rent a car for a full month while my car was in the shop .
Brian is a pretty nice person. My rental at airport is totally wrong due to out of stock and I received a small electric car I don’t like. In addition, the hotel does not have charger. I have no way but make a request to change. Brian is very patient and kindly offer the help from the phone and on the spot to solve my issue to exchange the car! Thank you!
