I rent here every other week. For a small office they are very good and customer centric.
Owner is rude. Hung up on me! Treated me very poorly. Charged me for an entire day (after already paying for ten day rental) because I was a hour late. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER use again. Will go to any other of the numerous car rental agencies in libertyville but NOT AVIS!!!!
