Terrible experience with Avis car rental. Never again will deal with them. Rented car fer 3 days, paid $250 for it. Brought it back and check out was smooth, the rep checked everything and said all good, all clean, tank full, you will get refund on deposit. And I'm gone. One month later I'm getting bill $450 cleaning fee... Insane. It was perfectly clean when I dropped it. And still no proof no pictures... even if pictures made later than my dropp off day its possible its been in other hands already... And its not first time... read more
ZERO STARS! I HAD A RESERVATION SCHEDULED NOW CALL ME DAY OFF AND TELLS ME THEY HAVE NO VEHICLES. I THINK THEY ON BS AND DONT EVER RENT FROM THEM. ZERO STAR COMPANY
Fast. Easy pickup and drop off. Every problem i had with car, they took care of. Keaton is amazing at his job and I will be back to this location simply because of his customer service.
