Rented again this weekend and the team was just as awesome as 6 years ago. Keep it up! Awesome and super friendly. Rental process was qu8ck and place was clean.
Returned the car at a different location with a full tank of gas then got charged 157 for allegedly not retuning the car full. The receipt and charge all came from this location (this is what customer service told me) This is absurd they just charge people just like that hoping they would not notice or would not bother. Plus they gave me the car all dirty on the outside. Scammers Stay away
This location went above and beyond to help us out. We originally rented a vehicle that was way too large, and Fida was so helpful on exchanging the car for a smaller vehicle. He made the process super smooth, quick, and easy! Traveling can be difficult sometimes but the customer service was so great. Thank you for taking care of us!
