Car was immaculate, and the check in and check out service was super easy.
Friendly and convenient.
I stayed in a hotel near the airport and I walked over and rented a car. It was quick and easy except for the self inspection. It took me more than 10 minutes, standing in the rain, taking pictures of the car from every angle and uploading them. Seems like that should be something that they do instead of me having to do it. The car was clean and I enjoyed driving it around Juneau.
Everything went super, including a free upgrade.
Renting was quick and easy here! Employees were very friendly and helpful.
