The car was clean and well maintained. The counter service was friendly, informative and efficient. The app for reviewing the cars condition was easy to use.
Convenient. Tough that there are no short term rentals available.

Great company to work with! I had had a reservation with a competitor, but when I showed up they said they didnt have any cars. Avis came to the rescue, I will book with Avis in the future!
This car rental desk is always pleasant to deal with. Only taking off a star because they generally speaking have far too few AWD vehicles to choose from and with Juneau’s run lately of insane snow, a Camry is a challenge!
