Used this Avis for 1.5 years every month or so and was a smooth check-in and checkout every single time. The last time I rented with them, I came three minutes after closing time and the gentleman there was still kind enough to accommodate my rental. Highly recommend - much better than Enterprise and Hertz in the city.
Horrible place rente a suv for one day picked up vehicle paperwork said there wasca full tank, when i got in saw it was only half tank so i turned around went back and let them know. guy came outside to check saw it was half and told me ok your all set. Bring the car back and they never took 200 hold off cone to find out it was the gas they charged me , stay away

I have been trying to call in and pay my uber rental but no one has been answering the phones since Wednesday. I have 2 different numbers they told me to contact and nothing! Goes right to customer service and they can’t do anything either!
