Worst experience ever. Car wasn't big enough, oil light on the whole time indicated no oil in car. The dash board crashed had no way to get directions from our destination. I was going to be the second driver on the car wouldn't take a screen shot of licens I had to drive to Avis show them my licens said they couldn't add me on till we picked up car. Of all the Avis rental offices I've visited, Stroop Road in Kettering, OH has been the best by FAR! Up the road is the complete opposite and I've provided that review as well. 100x better and appreciated. the vehicle I rented was new, clean, and comfortable!
Had a 9am "reservation" The line was almost to the door , they had a power outage. I work in customer service , I understand that things happen and was beyond their control. After waiting approximately 30 minutes I received the keys to the Toyota Corolla Vehicle was dirty , scratch above the drivers side doorhandle , dried up spilled coffee on the passengers seat and when I started it there was a maintenance required light on.
