We had an issue with our rental we picked up from PHX. This was exchanged quickly, we were looked after and very friendly service despite the obvious inconvenience of the vehicle return.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The prices were great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the cars were clean and well-maintained. The entire rental process was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be renting from Avis and Budget again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental experience!
Was running late for the reservation and they waited for me.
My rental had an engine light and was able to get a new vehicle at Flagstaff airport. The new car had no issues.
