They sent us out with a vehicle that had no wind shield washer, a back drivers side tire with a leak we had to stop to put air in everyday, plus we drove 50 to 60 miles and it showed change oil required. We turned the car in at Las Vegas airport and was told they receive alot of complaints about Flagstaff Avis.
Reserved car but they gave it away. Terrible service and no point in booking. National much better Nextdoor
fully incompetent and oblivious rep at Phoenix airport counter, over charged and mislead
I am in a rental car for 10 months out of the year for work all across the United States. This is by far the most unprofessional, uncaring group of people I have ever came across at an avis location.
