Can I give zero stars, please?? Most hated car rental experience I’ve ever had. Prebooked a car, given an electric when asked for a gas, “last car available, unless you want to upgrade to an suv.” Do not take the electric! There is limited to no ability to fully charge the vehicle unless you have a personal charger. Traveling and stressing out with the vehicle dropping charge fast is extremely taxing on the mind. 70 dollar flat rate for not refueling above 90%. Don’t fall for the upgrade and higher price. They are supposed to open at 8am. The employee there on November 18 ignored the two of us that were in line at 8am for 5 minutes while he did a number of non-critical admin tasks. Then he spoke to us in a very curt tone.
