I had a 6pm dropoff. After winding up the endless garage, almost getting taken out by hundreds of vehicles leaving and cutting me off, I arrived in the Avis/Budget space at 5:56pm, only to hear a woman SCREAMING down the phone to the attendant. He told her I had just arrived so I'd be down in a minute, she yelled "NO, she needs to [something] NOW." Much better prices than the airport. Easy access by MBTA shuttle - about 20 minute ride from Logan departures.
Always Long lines,over 1 h,don't rent from here
Got charged twice for cleaning. Still no response from Avis! We rent a car here in January and returned at Logan Airport. The car was dirty we got it. The staffs weren’t very nice. Got charged for cleaning that we didn’t do. Trying to contact Avis via Phone/Emails. No answer. Ridiculous!
