The guy at the counter did not play honestly and took advantage of me being in a rushed to rent a car. It is a long story to tell here but I would advise to be careful and think twice when renting with this branch. I also raised this concern at the end of January. This matter has not been investigated at all and I have not received any answer or solution. So this makes me questioning about the customer service as well, and makes me feel I should not rent with this company ever again.
Had arrangements and confirmed with the local Pullman Avis rental place since it was an after hours pick up, then received a call a couple days later say “Yeah I’m not coming back.” The previous gentlemen said “no problem, I’ve got you.” Unfortunately that was a lie or misrepresentation. Won’t use them again.
Can sum up service as a huge rip off. Will never think of renting a car from Avis. Voided my ticket with them because charges quoted on line were nothing like charges at the counter. Rip Off! Only clicked one star to post review.
