Prior reviews are correct. DO NOT bother to make a reservation here. I made a reservation and called ro confirm it and a loud man just kept repeating “I dont have anything" I asked what about the reservation that i made? Again “I don’t have anything" so please save your time and money. This location is a joke.
I had a pleasant experience at this Avis location. Pickup and drop off was easy and quick. The car was what I reserved and clean. Cynthia in particular was very helpful.
I had the most amazing experience with Avis. The general manager was extremely helpful and accommodating! I will definitely rent from them again. Thank you Avis, for the wonderful experience.
Excellent every visit
I recently called to inquire about renting an electric vehicle 10/11/25, and my interaction with Cynthia was extremely disappointing. She was very rude and unprofessional throughout the call. Before I could even finish explaining my request, she interrupted me to say that there were no vehicles available today.
