This place lacks basic customer service etiquette. I booked an intermediate car last week and initially received one. However, after driving it for a few days, I noticed it had an issue when driving on highways. When I returned it and requested a similar vehicle, I was told they only had full-sized cars, which they couldn't provide due to the price difference. Last month rented a car from Avis for a one-way trip from Montreal to Hamilton. Initially, I had planned to drop off the car in Toronto, but I changed to Hamilton because it was easier for me. Unfortunately, this decision made my rental harder and more expensive. The booking was for two days, with the drop-off time scheduled for 6 PM.
