There’s service and then there’s Leona at Navis. Kind, thoughtful, and deeply deeply care about her customers. She went out of her way to make me feel accommodated—she gave advice, helped me navigate the upgrade process without being pushy, and helped me find a ride home. I’ve probably rented cars 60 times in my life and this was, hands down, the best one yet. Hope to be back in Western Newfoundland soon and when I do I’ll definitely be renting from Avis!

Reserved our cars in April for a trip in August. In arrival, we're told that we're not expected until the next evening, despite having regular email reminders from AVIS showing otherwise. Promised cars for 8am next morning. Show up at 8:30....no cars. Lots of buck passing, "I'm all alone" etc. Meanwhile, we're burning off vacation time. Offered a car with a cracked windshield and a pick-up truck. Seriously?
