Best customer service experience I’ve ever had renting a car. Frankly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had period. Rahman went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to help me and my family switch to a larger car. We got a car at BWI (after waiting for 2.5 hours) on the 4th and it just didn’t have enough trunk space - everyone except for the driver was sitting with bags on their laps! Nahman, was such a great help today. I was having car issues and was trying to get a rental for 1 week. We reserved online but there was an issue when we got to the store. He told us to call and request a refund, but the national customer service line was going to charge us $150 for cancelling. Norman, tried speaking with that supervisor who was very unpleasant to him and said if he wanted a different response, to call again.
