Picked up a vehicle here that had an engine oil service warning active on the dashboard shortly after leaving the lot — a basic maintenance check that should have caught this before the car was rented out. We were already headed to the Canadian Rockies, so this turned into a multi-day problem. CHECK YOUR INVOICES - Staff advised no late fee - when you finally get the invoice there is a late fee 😡 No problems expect getting charged a late fee when I was told by Khan as long I parked the car up that evening and given back the keys before 8:30am (within 24hrs) there be no late fee. Long and behold there is a late fee on my invoice. Had a feeling this would happen 😒 why advise this to customers tell them there wont be a late fee but charge it anyway??? We had a great experience here, thank you so much to Jason who was really helpful and went above & beyond for us! We had booked car hire through a 3rd party, and despite having had it confirmed we would be picking the car up downtown, they had actually booked us into the airport location. However, everything was totally fine and we were quickly sorted out with a car that matched what we had originally booked, at no extra cost. Absolute lifesaver, thank you!
