I booked through Costco Travel with a written confirmed total of CA$412.26 for a one-way full-size rental to Seattle (reservation on file, Costco discount code applied at this counter). At pickup, the agent said nothing about pricing, handed me a paper to sign and the keys, and sent me to the garage. A mixed experience with a recent 10 days rental. We booked a 7 seater through a travel agent. In advance of picking it up they warned us 'don't say yes to an upgrade...you won't need one...but the staff will recommend it, because they're paid on commission'. Lo and behold, I was asked how many people would be travelling. I said 5. 'Ah, then you'll need a bigger car, the one you've ordered won't be big enough'. I said I was sure it would be. Abbiamo noleggiato un auto a fine luglio, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Nessuna attesa, la macchina era perfetta e nuova con soli 6000 km, abbiamo trovato grande professionalità e cordialità ed un grandissimo ringraziamento alla persona che si è occupato di noi il Sig.
