I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS. I have never experienced worse service in my life. We booked a day rental for pick up at 8:00am. First problem, both doors were locked still at 8:30am. We had to go in through a back way after waving at the inside employees for 5 min to tell us even how to get inside. When we got in there were three Avis employees and one group ahead of us, should be super quick right? Nope. Only one person seems to have the capability to do reservations, the other two did not do anything or even explain what... read more
No after hours drop off really frustrating; called two days in a row to inform employees I’d be late in returning with no answer at the location. Avis, you need to have after hours drop.
