The lady who took care of us, Pearl, was great. She processed our rental and had us on the road PDQ. We travelled to Cape Breton for a family event and she got us off to a great start. Kudos to her for doing a great job.
Got a wind shield chip which developed into a large crack on a AVIS car rental. The nearest location is this one in North Sydney. Address is correct at 48 memorial drive, but the point on Google map is incorrect. It still shows at the old location.
Called the phone number on the website got no answer, visited the address listed yeah there was a sign but no agency
Worst rental. Overpriced and hidden charges. Was told an airport drop off fee would be waived and charged anyway. Terrible.
