high prices, closes early with no after hours drop off, and added $31 to my rental after returning (found on credit card statement) the only plus is that the staff was friendly. gave it an extra star for that. AVOID this location.
Austin is the best to work with
Great experience at this location. Had a broken down car with bad brakes and was able to drop it off and figure out getting another car. Kim helped me and she was very professional and provided great customer service. Highly recommend this spot.
This location gets all the stars! The owner/operator, Jensen, was so kind and helpful in expediting my rental and making some last minute changes to the drop location that greatly benefitted my tight schedule. If you need an off-airport location in the Kihei/Wailea south area, Jensen in your man and this location is top notch.
