Had an excellent rental experience from start to finish. Ed provided great service, was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. The car was extremely clean and well maintained when I picked it up. Everything went smoothly and I’ll definitely be renting here again.
I had a really good experience with Avis in Ponte Vedra. The front desk staff especially Wadi was really friendly and easy to work with, and they made everything quick and straightforward without any trouble. The car was super clean and clearly took their time, which I appreciate. Overall, it just felt like a smooth, no stress rental, and I’d definitely come back again.
Second and last time using this “independent” car rental agency. Picked up an SUV for work travel only to get home to load up and find it covered in dog hair. I had to return it due to severe allergies. Also, Owner/operator claimed the gas tank 3/4 tank full, but was only 1/2 and upon return made false statements about his tenure at the location (not realizing I had rented from him personally previously) to attempt to keep my business. Incredibly inconvenient location. Car wasn’t delivered to the front, had to walk to the parking lot and hit the panic button to locate the car per the staff’s direction. Charged an additional day because the keys were allegedly missing from the drop box until Monday. I am a frequent renter from Avis for business travel and they will never get my business again.
5 stars across the board. Only place I come for cars
