I’ve been renting from the Avis at PGA for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their customer service is top notch - friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. They make every rental smooth and hassle-free. On top of that, they have a gated parking lot so I'm able to leave my car safely AND I don't have to ask anyone for a ride, which saves so much time and stress. Jameel was very nice and helpful and he made it so smooth and easy to rent a car Highly recommend this location
I was overcharged for a rental car. I wasn't told the ending cost my card was just charged over $150 from the cost I was told in the beginning. And when I called I was put on hold more than once.
