On pick up, agent told me I could return without refuelling. I did that, leaving it with 3/8s of the tank full. They charged me for 15.8 gallons, which is a completely full gas tank for that car (Kia K5). It’s basically a scam, and their customer services will just parrot the same lines with no intention of resolving it. Will never use Avis again!
