St Pete Beach Avis very professional and great service from Nate. Got the SUV we wanted to accommodate the family. Highly recommend!
In the resort, great staff.
The Manager Nathan was very helpful. He ensured I was in and out with no problem, the ease of operations makes the customer experience seem like VIP everytime. I will always use this location.
Was scheduled to return my car on Saturday. Office was locked, no one working. If your not going to have employees working during your posted hours then install a lock box for returns. After an hour on the phone and being told I could return to another location but would be charged a penalty, a hotel employee was able to unlock the office so I could leave my keys inside. Will not be booking with Avis again. Customer service is non existent.
Experience was great. In and out service. Car was cleaned very well for pick up. Need a rental? ask for Nate!
