My Experience was amazing. Jaultiana was very helpful.
Don’t rent from this location. I got rear ended and they charged me extra money when the vehicle had insurance on it. Also they told me I would have to rent with another rental company but when I called customer service they told me I am NOT on the do no the rent list
Absolutely terrible service. I was clearly told by an Avis branch representative that a late return (5-6 hours) would not cost more than $100 extra. When I returned the car, I was charged an additional $300. Avis now claims they “have no access” to their own recorded calls and refuses to take responsibility. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid this location at all costs!!!
