Absolutely terrible service. I was clearly told by an Avis branch representative that a late return (5-6 hours) would not cost more than $100 extra. When I returned the car, I was charged an additional $300. Avis now claims they “have no access” to their own recorded calls and refuses to take responsibility. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid this location at all costs!!!
Car rental in the Minneapolis MN airport, we paid an additional 41.00 dollars towards gas so we would not have to fill up before we returned the car. The agent explained that if the car was returned with over a half of tank of gas a reinbursement of $16.99 would be given. We drove less than 100 miles and the car was returned with over half of tank of gas. The check out point agent agreed and informed it would take 1-2 days for the credit to be issued. The best rental place by far very professional and very good w time the lil lady in that here is so sweet I love this rental place best place. I’ll rent from here anytime best customer service.
