I scheduled a rental at this location, on line. I was given many choices.once I picked a car and made the reservation, I went by to pick it up. I walked in and was greeted by the associate. He asked how he could help? I said I had reserved a car. He apologized and said he had no cars to give out. He said he had none most of the week and didn’t know when he would get one in. In today’s technology-driven business models, how did the website not know? Why did I waste my time? I won’t return to this location again.
They are really polite and they have good customer service
Jorge is the best! They went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I to get us a vehicle large enough for our family coming into town. Plus, they got us in and out in a timely manner. This location has my business from now on whenever I’m in town.
The guy who rented me the car was very nice and I enjoyed his service. The only problem I have is the availability of cars here. I reserved a car almost a week in advance and I was left with an SUV instead of a rental car, however they did honor my request on giving me a car being that I am a preferred customer. I will not stop renting from this rental car place, just make sure you care about this location to have the availability of cars, people should always have to go to the airport to find what they want
