Asked to switch the car: They politely refused it by saying: You cannot switch the car from another rental location. Which is false. What they should be said: We don't want to switch the car for you as we are busy.
Each time I am here, I am reminded why I said I would not come back. For the third time, I have reserved a car only to be told it’s not available. Pickup time was 3:00 and at 3:50 PM I’m walking out to the wrong vehicle, only to be told that I would have to wait for 20 minutes for them to clean the vehicle I reserved. No other customers were here so why wasn’t the vehicle ready for pickup?
