Avis Chino Hills is joke of a place. I reserved a full size car for 8am. When I arrived, they said they were out if cars for the day. They were calling customers. I never received a call. There was a SUV available but they wanted 5x my reservation rate. They were so unprofessional. Other people with reservations were being turned away as I was standing there. Will NEVER rent from here again! My pick-up reservation was for 5:00pm. I get there exactly at 5:00pm to find the doors locked and lights shut off. I call customer service to tell them what happened and to cancel my reservation, which they told me it would be $120 cancelation fee. The rental was only for$178. They told me if I didn't want to cancel then I can pick it in the morning. When I told them I couldn't do that because I a teacher, he said there was nothing he could do.
