I made a reservation online and arrived at my pick up time only for the employee to be surprised I had a reservation because there were no cars. He offered no help other than to tell me to wait and maybe someone would drop one off eventually. Thanks.
The managers great person to talk to ,easy-going. the car doesn’t have any problem as well. Our first time renting a car, he made everything clear.
Terrible service, I received a “confirmation” email and arrived to there being “no cars available”. 0/5 stars
Poor communication, dirty car, they did not give me the car full of gas and then charged me extra fees for the last day, 95$ dollars for a small car one day, that's a scam! It would have been cheaper to go to the airport
