The employees are great, at Joplin location however the manager will have them lie to you for him They told me there was a safety recall and I need to return the van however I contacted the dealership and ran the bin there was no safety recall they gave me a replacement for almost $3,000 that was wrecked then when I drop that off told me that I was blacklisted due to excessive miles even though I have to drive 13 hours out of state to another Avis to pick up a car nobody will give me any explanation that was never any miles ... read more
Don’t rent from here. They are simply incompetent.
Worst rental experience ever! This authorized retailer is known for the worst customer service in Joplin. A reservation with this location is worth nothing.
These people are rude and nasty!
