This place is a joke. Only gave 1 star because I had to. We came into town to visit family for the Holiday weekend. Went to this location to rent a car. We were informed by makayla at the front desk that since we have out of state licenses we would have to supply a utility bill for ID purposes. While I didn't have one on my phone my boyfriend did. (Truck drivers don't carry utility bills around with them). Well that wasn't good enough either have to run a credit check. For whatever reason my boyfriend had a freeze on credit ... read more
Poor customer service.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! Terrible customer service, rude, unprofessional. Save your time and money and go to enterprise! Made me feel like a complete criminal for trying to rent a car that I had reserved online a month in advance. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
DO NOT COME HERE IF U NEED TO RENT A CAR.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. First, when we booked online we were told we could pick it up at 4:30 on Sunday. When we arrived at 4:29 (took us about 20 mins longer than usual to get to town due to flooding and road work) the employees were walking out. Said they close at 4:30 and don’t know why they let us schedule 4:30 pick ups.
