Everything was great except that they gave me a car with the front blinker out. They offered me to come back and trade it for another one but the time I found out I was already well underway. I would expect all cars to be inspected before delivery to customer.
Best experience ever renting a car. Check in and check out was seamless. There was no pressure to purchase things I really didn't need. I will probably be back in the area some day as my son lives here and I will use this Avis again. Also the convenience of being where they were at the airport was a big plus.
Checkin was smooth, friendly and helpful staff. I liked the email self-inspection. We did a drop off when we returned the car. Everything was easy. The van was perfect and comfortable.
Good customer service. Be aware you have to do an self inspection when you return the car which can be slow.
