This is proof time of pic up the truck and Avis false claims against me about those two scratches they see in the video now I can make this a legal matter
Everything was great except that they gave me a car with the front blinker out. They offered me to come back and trade it for another one but the time I found out I was already well underway. I would expect all cars to be inspected before delivery to customer.
Best experience ever renting a car. Check in and check out was seamless. There was no pressure to purchase things I really didn't need. I will probably be back in the area some day as my son lives here and I will use this Avis again. Also the convenience of being where they were at the airport was a big plus.
