If I could give negative stars I would. I went to pick up my rental and they told me they had no cars and I would need to drive to the airport location. They said they would comp me a tank of gas but the airport said they had no information on that and I got charged airport taxes so I ended up paying more for the inconvenience. Worst rental car experience ever! Stay away from this location!
Quick pick up and return
I booked a full-size sedan for a long weekend family trip, but the agent only offered a Dodge Challenger, insisting it seats five. He didn’t seem to understand the difference between a sedan, which has four doors, and a muscle car coupe like the Challenger, which has two doors. This misunderstanding and lack of options made for a very disappointing weekend. Atleast you guys should have called for the available options before day or so to let us know.
Read the terms and conditions of the rental and most of these reviews are bc people don’t read. I got my vehicle with a full tank of gas and returned it with a full tank. There is a sign right when you walk in talking about the fuel and how much they charge or buy it yourself. My car was clean and well kept. Had it for a week and extended another week and the guys inside are great to work with! Deff recommend this and their vehicles. Easy check in and out and quick.
The young man working there is always polite and professional.
