These guys are great. We are AVIS preferred which makes pick up almost effortless. Key was on the board ready to roll. Car was stagger and we were out in under 10 minutes. Big deal considering 3 ships were disembarking. KAT is the best! She helped me get a reservation even though things weren’t very promising. Will definitely use them again but mostly because of KAT she is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Avoid this location at all costs. Very rude and rhey try and get you to book under their rates. While waiting in line for the shuttle after a cruise I checked my reservation to see what car was assigned. I could not find any upcoming reservations and was confused. I am avis preferred and use avis for work very often. I then checked my current reservation and found it was checked in over an hour and a half before I even got there. This was odd so I called avis. I was nervous about picking up my rental at this location due to terrible reviews online, but the process went smoothly at the counter and Yenny, the shuttle driver was kind and courteous. Yes, the shuttle was small but I left the rest of my party at the cruise terminal while I picked up the rental.
