I have no complaint about the staff or company itself. My issue is simply that the online registration system allows you to book a car at this Avis airport location at any given time and when you go to pick up the car, you arrive to find a closed Avis booth. It turns out, they have only bizarre hours that correspond to certain plane landing times and because of that, when you go to get your ride, you have no way to do so. You are out of luck.
