Very quick service, took about a minute to get the keys, didn't have any major issues, and I was given a Jetta with ~50k km Things that could be improved: - Despite booking through my preferred profile and writing a post-it with my e-mail as instructed, I had to request an invoice manually afterwards - I believe the car had summer tires, in January. Sales rep told me it's $233 for 2 days rental. Actually charged $233 PER day on the receipt. Deceitful.

I booked a standard SUV (Grand Cherokee or equivalent), but was given a Nissan Rogue instead—still charged at the same rate. I asked about the size difference, and was told it was considered “equivalent.” I understand substitutions happen, but in my experience with other rental companies, there’s usually a courtesy upgrade or a rate adjustment when the reserved class isn’t available. Something to be aware of when booking here.
