Two times now we have had a horrible experience. Back in June we rented a car for pickup at 8am. The guy called at 8 to inform us our car wasn’t there and maybe would arrive by 10am. 10am he calls and says he has no idea when the car we rented would arrive. We ended up just getting a larger vehicle because we needed to get on the road. Now, September we reserve our car 2 weeks in advance.
