The staff here was super helpful and accommodating during objectively challenging travel and weather conditions. They were able to help me get to the destination I need to get to so I could return home from the UP.
Heidi and her staff made me feel like family and accommodated all my needs even though I initially showed up without an appointment. When my first car started having trouble, they showed up two hours before opening to help me switch it for a new truck. What a bunch of sweethearts!

Awful service clerk. Won’t be using Avis ever. The woman at the desk was less than helpful, and outright confrontational with several guests. Looks like she has a track record based on the other reviews here. Best to avoid.
Rented a car for a week and when I brought it back I was told that my $300 deposit would ve returned in a few business days..... its been a month and now they dont even have a record of it. Avoid this company at all costs
