Was quoted $125 then charged $167 at pick up. Then charged $208 at drop off. The mouth breathers even charged me for refueling when I pre paid for the service! This company is the biggest scam. Will be filing a dispute with my c.c if not resolved.
i’ve had to rent a car the last couple months with avis and heidi has been super helpful and accommodating! no problem getting an extension when needed and cars always clean and reliable :)
The staff here was super helpful and accommodating during objectively challenging travel and weather conditions. They were able to help me get to the destination I need to get to so I could return home from the UP.
Heidi and her staff made me feel like family and accommodated all my needs even though I initially showed up without an appointment. When my first car started having trouble, they showed up two hours before opening to help me switch it for a new truck. What a bunch of sweethearts!
Very helpful and nice staff, we will come back again.
