Awful service clerk. Won’t be using Avis ever. The woman at the desk was less than helpful, and outright confrontational with several guests. Looks like she has a track record based on the other reviews here. Best to avoid.
Rented a car for a week and when I brought it back I was told that my $300 deposit would ve returned in a few business days..... its been a month and now they dont even have a record of it. Avoid this company at all costs
Was told I couldn't return to a different location, even though that's what they told me to do when I rented through the 800 number. So I said I would bring it back to this location since she said there would be a $2500 fee if I didn't. I was told to get out of line that she "didn't believe me" when I said I would return to the same location. Then when I kindly asked her to please let me rent since she had my paperwork and a key right there, she placed them behind her on another desk and called police to come get me out out ... read more
